Anthony Bourdain couldn't agree more... Bak Kut Teh is the way to go. Who needs all that exotic fried insect, fermented soya bean, bull testicle, dog meat nonsense when you have the fine swine that is bak kut teh. Made in Malaysia. Made in my heart. *muah*
